Nurses’ Development Center, Inc. was formed to assist healthcare professionals in the advancement of their chosen career paths.  California is suffering from an acute shortage of nurses, doctors, and professional healthcare givers.  We at NDCI are committed to do our important part to relieve this shortage.

Each of the instructors at NDCI has been in the field for many years; some are still holding positions as nurses, doctors and healthcare givers.  These same people have been where are our students are now; they have taken the same tests and reviews that our students will face. 

They know what the demands of the individual student are and are well prepared to guide the NDCI class body through each step of the review requirements.

Our classes are all taught by professionals.  Class materials have been researched and developed by NDCI itself.  Each day, class time has been set apart for the instructor to field questions from the class itself, not just to lecture and leave. 

The questions that the class develops tend to assist everyone in the class and not just the one asking the question.  The answers developed by the instructor come not from just the lecture and handout materials itself, but from years in the industry, a close familiarity with the exam materials and the knowledge that each instructor contributed to the class curriculum.
